Tina Bright, Senior Designer

Market-savvy and experienced

Tina BrightLong before the boom of home improvement TV shows or the popularity of home staging Tina was a Realtor and redesigned her own listings for sale. Her design career started 15 years ago as a certified lighting consultant. Several years later when she became a Realtor she learned first hand what it took to market a home successfully. As an associate in one of the most active and profitable brokerages in the country, she was able to view and critique hundreds of homes before starting her staging company.

Tina wanted to offer what she felt the industry was lacking, modern designs incorporating today's current home fashions but at an affordable price. "So many homes I toured were beautifully staged, but they didn't enhance valuable selling features. Many homes were staged in themes that clashed with the ambiance of the home like country cottage décor in a contemporary loft. It just doesn't work but rather creates confusion and uneasy feelings for buyers."

After talking to many staging companies she discovered that often a stager will send out whatever inventory they have in stock just to fill an order. "That was very disturbing for me since the wrong décor theme can impact a homes market appeal. "There is usually a tight schedule between the completion of the staging and the photo shoot and once the photos are printed and posted on the internet you're pretty much stuck with what you got".

Home Staging Creates Market Advantage

Home staging has proven to be a strategic marketing advantage when selling a home. It can set the stage for higher selling prices and quicker sales by transforming properties from everyday living spaces into homes that buyers can envision as their own

The home staging concept is flourishing in real estate markets across North America and the United Kingdom. Research shows the economic benefits of home staging are so compelling that many realtors now only list homes after they have first been staged for sale.

Home Staging Benefits

  • Staged homes consistently show better than competing homes for sale.
  • Research shows that staged homes often sell for considerably more money and in substantially less time than non-staged homes.
  • Photos of staged homes look better in print and Internet advertising.
  • Staged homes are recognized as properties ready to sell and are often shown with priority.
